When we first returned home, the cleaners were climbing up on the tops of things that could cause injury or property damage. It was clear that this is a dangerous practice in terms of employee training. My stovetop was scratched by the cleaners. The proper tools were not used to protect the surfaces. This was another training issue. To help them review the checklist, I also created one. The company kept it on file so they could check that everything was clean. There were obvious spots like the stovetop wasn't properly cleaned and floors that weren't clean.
