Formerly, she held high-ranking positions in many Victoria estate planning organizations. She was the past president of Victoria's Estate Planning Council, and the Past President of Victoria's Wills and Trusts and Fiduciary Relations Victoria Subsection of Canada Bar Association. Colleen serves on many Boards of Charitable Organizations. Colleen has been a member of several Boards of Charitable Organizations, including Hospital Boards and Education Boards for Catholic Institutions.
