Sahaub Missaghi, a Saskatchewan native, was raised and graduated from University of Saskatchewan. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Political Studies from this university. He then received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law. After graduating from law school Sahaub was married to Katty and moved to Victoria, British Columbia, to start a family. Sahaub completed his studies at a downtown Victoria firm and was admitted to the Bar in 2009. Sahaub opened his boutique personal injury practice. He focuses on plaintiffs in motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall, assault and battery, and other cases. These matters have been handled by Mr. Missaghi in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court. Sahaub's deep interest in and ability to practice medicine is a major advantage over other lawyers who specialize in personal injury law. Sahaub has a younger brother and sister who are both doctors of medicine, and his wife is also a pharmacist. Sahaub's dinner conversation has centered on medical matters over the years.
