The Urban Development Institute of Quebec (IDU), the John Molson Leadership Center and the Jonathan Wener Center for Real Estate at Concordia University are partnering to offer an Introductory Real Estate Course and Certification in real estate management in order to develop the management know-how of professionals in the field wishing to advance their careers. The future of nations is mainly played out in cities. The rise of the city is a strong position taken in favor of real estate development centered on healthy spaces, with a high content of human activity, where the well-being of people is combined with economic growth. The IDU plays a leading role in promoting exchanges and cooperation.
