Expert Property Inspection Consultantsa was founded by an Arizonan who had grown up in a construction company and is one of the youngest Arizona licensed general contractors. He founded his own general contractor company at the age of 22 and built many high-profile projects like Phoenix Zoo. He also built custom homes and remodels of grocery stores and shopping centers in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. He moved from building to his fledgling business of home inspections in 1988. Later, he expanded the company to commercial properties and to offer a consultancy service to property buyers and owners.
