Peter Tubak founded Pro Arte Studio in 2008 to provide high-quality restoration services for the Phoenix region. He also wanted to increase awareness. The importance of conserving art pieces and artifacts around us. Peter Tubak, the founder and conservator of Tubak Fine Art and Historical Structures Restoration has been doing this since at least the beginning of the nineties in Germany. Peter Tubak had completed a few projects over the years that included the interior and exterior restorations of medieval Franconian castles and housing structures. He wanted to keep the historical characteristics intact and modernize the structures for residential purposes, which was a highly appreciated undertaking in densely populated Germany. Peter moved from New York to Phoenix in the early nineties and worked for 10 years as a conservator at a Phoenix-based restoration firm. He was given a variety of assignments, including the preservation of ancient Native American totem poles, German Hummel figurines, an impressionist oil painting, and ancient Chinese vase. His clients included many Arizona educational and cultural institutions, which added an extra incentive to his creative and exciting work. Peter saw Pro Arte as a way to fulfill his dream of conserving our historic heritages and repairing items that are already damaged beyond repair. He also wanted to provide friendly, competent and reliable services for all clients.
