After graduating at UC Berkeley in 1954, Bob Heckley joined the Life Insurance industry. He has held various roles over the years including Assistant Manager, and founding his Insurance Agency. Bob is an active instructor in Financial Planning and Insurance. He teaches classes at West Valley Community College and San Jose State Institute of Insurance Studies. To better serve a growing clientele, he started to specialize in Health Insurance in 1980. We have been serving local residents and individual clients as well as businesses throughout the State of California for many years. Our largest client is the physicians, who have made us well-known in the medical world. We have been trusted by them to offer health insurance for their families, patients, and employees. Carol Newell began her career as part-time worker in 1990 while she was a student at San Jose State University. After graduating from San Jose State University in 1992, Carol Newell began full-time employment and has dedicated her entire career to the agency. In 2007 the company was incorporated to ensure clients receive the same level of quality service. Dennis Zaffonato is the newest addition to our agency. He brings many years of sales and customer service experience.
