Since 2013, I've been helping individuals and couples with a variety of problems. My passion is to help people who are looking to improve their communication, self-esteem and relationships. My clients have learned to cope with addictions, stress, anxiety, sex/sexuality challenges and anger. I also support couples through processing their affairs, parenting issues, and neurodivergent relationships. Counseling is a way to provide a safe environment for everyone to feel heard and seen. I use a holistic approach to counseling that focuses on the client's experiences, helps them recognize problematic behaviors, and then works towards finding a solution. To improve my clients' overall well-being, I use tools like in-session exercises and take-home activities.
