Since over 40 years, Cartel Salon has been among Orange County's best salons. Our salon offers a wide range of services. Our expert nail technicians and hairstyling team offer a variety of services including a pampering facial, custom eyebrow shaping and lash extensions. We also provide luxurious massages and body waxing. Cartel's family is made up of people aged 20-75. We all work together as a group to offer our customers the best talent and service. Open Monday to Saturday. For the convenience of our clients, we open early and close late. We also carry a large selection of skin and hair care products. Ray Adame - I began in Hollywood, California in 1966. They asked me if I could help open another location at a newly built shopping center in Orange called Town and Country on Main St. I agreed. In about three months, I relocated to Orange in order to be nearer to the salon. In 1967, they opened their 3rd salon in Fashion Island. After 3 years of military service, I returned home to Orange and opened my salon at Town and Country. After the salon closed, I worked at another salon named Tochi in the same shopping center for several years before opening Cartel with two friends in 1975. We had up to 78 staff and 4 salons at one time. We consolidated in 1981, purchased a building and are still located at the same place today. With the support of my team of 44, I continue to serve clients.
