CADREC provides services to satisfy legal requirements for drug offenses, DUI, DWAI, and domestic violence. Walter S. Jackson was our founder. He had a vision of a community-based program offering addiction treatment services to Five Points/ Cole residents in 1977. It is still possible to realize this dream.
