C. Arthur Robinson II, a tax attorney, has been practicing since 1985. He specializes in many aspects of taxation including trust administration and estate planning. A wide range of charitable and non-profit organizations have had him serve on their Boards and as a leader. He is a Norfolk native and graduated from Norfolk Collegiate.
